On the initial order, the cutters were smaller than I had anticipated. I was expecting that the size of my cookie would be 3.5 inches, but that seemed to be the outside measure of the cutter. Hartwork Cookie Co went above and beyond to correct this. I quickly received new cutters that met my expectations.
